FAQ

General

Why should I register my TERRAPIN X?

Registration offers you many benefits. Among other things, it allows you to use the full functionality of the mobile app. The app makes it possible for you to perform remote measurements or to engage the range gate function (short-range blocking feature). Also the app enables you to measure the distance between two objects.

Registering your TERRAPIN X in the mobile app is also the only way to obtain an extended warranty that remains valid beyond the period stipulated by the standard statutory warranty (the duration of the warranty depends on the laws of the country in which the TERRAPIN X is purchased).
